I have more than ten years of real estate experience in the East Central and Newton County area. I created Joyce Holifield Realty in 2024 with a goal to create a small town style company where experience, market knowledge, and service of the Broker will be present in EVERY transaction.

Tori Burns
Tori Burns has joined Joyce Holifield Realty as a valuable member of the team, following in the footsteps of her mother, Joyce Holifield. A graduate of Union High School, Tori also attended Mississippi State University. She has spent most of her life in Newton County and currently resides in Newton with her husband, Hunter, and their two children, Swayzie and Dustin. Hunter, a United States Marine, is actively deployed. The family are members of Newton Methodist Protestant Church. Tori’s dedication to both her family and her community, along with her growing real estate expertise, make her an asset to Joyce Holifield Realty.
